Terms of Service

By using apexgroupjo.com or booking a demo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Apex Group provides five service engines:

• Digital Marketing — demand, content, and campaigns engineered for measurable growth.
• Web Engineering — websites engineered to sell: fast, bilingual, and conversion-first.
• Strategic Business Solutions — operating models and processes tuned for efficiency and scale.
• Contact Center Management — voice, chat, and omnichannel support, around the clock.

Services may evolve, be updated, or be discontinued as our work develops.

Submitting the demo booking form is a request for contact. By submitting it you consent to being contacted about your request via WhatsApp, phone, or email — including by automated assistants operating for Apex.

Marketing and business outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control: your market, your budget, your product, your competition. Apex does not promise specific revenue, traffic, rankings, or conversion numbers. Where we make specific commitments, they live in signed individual agreements — and only there.

The content, branding, and methods on this site belong to Apex Group. Deliverables we build for a client transfer as set out in that client's service agreement — and where agreed, the client owns them outright. For website builds, that means what we've promised elsewhere on this site holds here too: your domain, your content, and the site built for you are yours.

Fees, payment schedules, currency, and refund terms are set in individual agreements and proposals. Late payment may lead to suspension of service until the account is settled.

When using our site and services, you agree not to:

• use them for anything unlawful;
• submit false or misleading information;
• interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorized access to any system or data;
• introduce malware or other harmful code;
• scrape the site or operate bots against it.

This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Apex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify Apex against claims arising from your misuse of the site or services, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Individual service agreements carry their own termination terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
